By-laws

Purpose

The association works actively for a more equal IT industry (for example within tech, games, startups, music, design, communication and film) by:

• promoting and making visible women’s positions within their respective fields and expertise;
• encouraging and inspiring more women to choose the IT industry;
• organizing events;
• supporting our members to start their own initiatives.

The association is independent and not religiously or politically affiliated.

We welcome everyone who identifies as female.
